Bidrage med feedbackWaited 40 mins for 2 lunch lates. Sirloin tips were so salty they were inedible. Ordered chopped steak instead and waited 30 minutes more. Decided to leave and we’re still charged for husbands lunch plate! Ridiculous!!!!
My wife and I went on a Sunday around 5pm. It wasn't overly busy and the service was fast and consistent. The price is a little on the higher side $17-30 for most menu items but the portions were large enough to make up for it, everything was delicious and we will definitely be going again!
First time we ate here this evening (9.9.23).We both had the chicken fried steak, very tender and it was a very good.No wait for us, and our meal came out hot. Great atmosphere, Loved it.Oh and the Carrot cake is out of this world.Parking: It was a full lot,but we found a spot.
After the service or should I say lack of service I received I found this place to be overrated. I did not want to wait so I thought I'd sit at the bar. After the guy took my order and another person from the kitchen brought me my food, I never heard from anyone again until it was time to pay. Both guys working the bar seemed to want to talk to the young guys next to me more than being concerned with everyone else. Maybe if I was younger and dressed like a slob I'd of gotten better service. It seemed to be a glorified Texas Roadhouse with higher prices for the same quality of food but not as good service from staff. The food was good at Saltgrass but nothing spectacular for the prices you pay. This was my 1st and last visit.
We had a great server on this visit. Very attentive, very knowledgeable about menu items, made great suggestions to our group. We were very pleased with our dinner selections. Will make a effort to come back to this restaurant when I come back to
