Best ice cream around! Always great service and friendly staff! Great food too!

This DQ is often quick to order and get food, good service. We like their ice cream and cheese curds, in particular. We always do the drive through but recently went and saw that there was actually a long line (not typical). So I went inside and beat the line. The gal at the front looked like she hated her life so it must have just been a rough evening. Usually, not like this. Parking: There's a chance that, when the line is long, the folks going through the drive through will impede the parking area (but that's not really DQ's fault...it's drivers that don't understand where to go)...doesn't happen a lot, in my experience

Stopped at the Maize, KS DQ location to pick up some blizzards for the kids after an adventure uptown. I ordered a MooLatte but was brought out a Malte instead. I questioned what it was and explained I ordered a MooLatte. The person seemed reluctant to fix it but did agree to replace it. While back behind the counter we could easily here everyone involved talking bad about us because I wanted the product I ordered. Even my kids mentioned that they could here them talking bad about me. I usually wouldn't even make that big of a deal, although I don't like malts and it wasn't what I ordered..... But the crew was completely unprofessional and I won't be coming back after this.

I had a good experience here today. The girl that took my order was friendly/professional and the food I ordered was hot and fresh. Being friendly and making food to order is the only way to go. Anything else is unacceptable.

I've gotten food poisoning twice from here. Once from the royal cheesecake blizzard a few months ago, and yesterday from the circus animal cookie blizzard.
