Carlos O'kelly's - Wichita East

So far at chips and salsa queso gotta pay and its not good; dirty fork. Enchiladas was ok but papas was mashed potatoes.. fry up Some cubed tators with Onions peppers for christ sake. I complained and i got oh yea were not authentic mexican.. El Patio reheated.

Waiter barely waited on us, you could tell him didn’t want to be there. Food was half of what you get at other Mexican restaurants. We ordered fajitas and always split them. Flavor of food was bland too and Margarita was a 2 dollar margarita… Pretty disappointed, won’t return. I doubt they will miss us anyway:

Pleasantly surprised by my recent lunch visit to Carlos O'Kelly's. I haven't been in YEARS so decided to meet a friend for lunch. The chips and salsa, fajita burrito (love the mix of cheese and red sauce on top! and cilantro rice were all SO tasty. The black beans were very MEH, so I think I'll try something else next time. We were in and out, food came out quick and hot, service was spectacular. We will be back!

To summarize: delicious salsa but the seafood enchilada was sweet? It was confusing enough that I didn't find it appetizing. Perhaps they used imitation seafood?

My kids and I had a nice time here. Service was so-so but the food was good and came out quickly. The chips and salsa were good too.
