Black Angus Steakhouse Whittier

We were seated in the bar although my reservation was for open table. I was not given a seating choice. The bar was very noisy. Our waitress was very good and experienced but she looked so tired. The three of us had the 6 ounce filet. One choice was medium rare, one was medium well and mine was medium. Two steaks were cooked perfectly. The medium well steak was charred black on the outside and almost raw inside. The salads were very large and generous. The bread was good although we were not offered a second serving.

This is prolly one of my go to when in Whittier cause the steaks are Prettier here!!! The ambience is great, the locals are super friendly, and the service is above and beyond!!! The always have great specials here and the value of a steak is perfect here!!!

Just waited a few minutes for seating as I had made reservations. The service was great as so was the food. It was a little bit noisy as we were seated close to a large party celebrating a birthday. My family and I have been coming to eat here for many years and have always enjoyed it. Will continue to come back.

The food was mediocre the steak was thin overcooked and tough for being a ribeye. The service was poor had to keep looking for service and when she did come by it was in a hurry
