Dunkin' - Whitestown

Mid-morning. Eating area and counter was filthy. No one had wipe or swept. Food on floor. Donuts were not particularly fresh. Quite disappointing. No toilet paper, too.

Over the last month or so things have really turned a corner for the better. I haven't waited more than 10 minutes for my order. Prior it could have been up to 30 minutes for my order and there were times I got out of line after ordering because I couldn?twait any longer. I even stopped going to this store and would make the drive to Brownsburg or Michigan Rd. just so I didn?t haveto wait because it was faster. And the staff at the time had no sense of urgency or even a care. Fast forward over the lastmonth and the staff are friendly to the point of being super helpful and exceeding all expectations. The food alley from thedrive thru looks clean and not trashed. I?m all for second chances and grace. It?s important to acknowledge a job well done andthey have and it?s appreciated. So whatever changed I hope it continues because it?s been so nice. Thank you for all your hardwork, I know it?s not easy. The coffee has always been fantastic for that never changed. Nice job, DD!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would.. Stood in line for 20 mins 15 to long and was never even acknowledge. 3 female employees doing nothing but drive thru. Guy in front of me said he had been there almost 30 minutes and not even a hello. Absolutelyrude!!!

Rude stuff except the wome with black hair she was kind. The man with orange hat and women with red hair were too rude unfortunately. Even they falt with our order and after we checked they missed some order. I?m so disappointed.

I forgot why i stopped going to DD. But waiting to order while the employee at the register finished her clean up work (5minutes) and then watching 2 employees playing on their phones while I waited 10 more minutes to get the breakfast sandwich -i remember now ? going back to McDonald?s. ????
