Dave Buster's - Whitehall

We took the grandkids to Dave Busters today. The games are amazing and fun for all ages. Food and service was great. The overall building was very clean. I highly recommend Dave Busters for a day of fun.

Apparently you can no longer sit in a booth to eat for a party of 2 even if the place is empty. Poor customer service as I have never been declined booth access any other time I have taken my child there before. Guess kids at the high top near the bar is to be expected for children now so we left. I don’t feel the need to spend my money at a place that can’t accommodate a basic request when ALL booths were open.

I was SO embarrassed. I've been coming here since last year. I'm 7 months pregnant and I walked in with an iced coffee. The security guard immediately wanted to discard it. He then offered for me to put it in my car or leave it on the table. I was so embarrassed. My husband had a Pepsi and he discarded his.. but I'm pregnant!! What harm is in iced coffee? I don't ever want to show my face there again. I feel so humiliated

Awesome, Awesome. Awesome….. From the greeting at the door, to purchase a play card to getting seating to eat, omg the food was off the hook… the Korean BBQ Ribs were…… omg ? tremendous in flavor presentation. Had the Kale Caesar salad… delicious ? then the Pork belly burger( forgot the name…. but needles to say…. Awesome ?….. Chris Tony (Management were very accommodating professional. Ashley, our waitress was great from start to finish. The Bar is impeccable stocked to the gills w/ top shelf liquors….., not your average “KID JOINT” that’s for sure. The game room very nicely ran. Games are top notch working correctly….!! Finally, the rest rooms….. I put it to you this way, mens room in general are always a pig pen….. not this time or even ever here at Dave Busters in Whitehall PA. Had a great time. Will be back very soon. Congratulations to all involved in making this establishment a great place to spend some time to get out of the heat have fun…. Water Parks aren’t always the answer…..! See you all soon ! The food is subpar and the service is abysmal. However the arcade is amazing. We made the mistake of trying the food on our first visit here a month ago. We visit every weekend now for the arcade and just eat somewhere else afterwards. 3 stars for the arcade.
