Zingers Sports Bar & Grill - Whitby

Omg I had to go into this restaurant today and went to kitchen. I understand it's summer and can smell a little but omg the stench was so bad I had to hold my nose and walk out. The staff are so so extremely rude. I would never go here nor would I recommend this place to my enemies

Having visited multiple times, each time we've given up waiting for a waitress to take our drink order, and walked up to the bar for a drink which we took back to our table to consume while waiting for someone to take a food order.After finally flagging someone down to take our order, it was a good order wait for food.The staff were doing all they could, but they were very far understaffed even though they knew the complex was hosting a tournament.I've experienced the same slow service on a typical Monday night with just league games happening.Recommend going for a drink only and order it yourself from bar

I never write a review and after reading the reviews about the bar I was reluctant to eat there but I signed up for an art class and figured I would give it a try. We arrived early to eat before the class and our server was Jake. He served us promptly and was very pleasant. The meal was tasty and a good size portion. He also was the server for the paint group and came in to take orders and refresh drinks 4 or 5 times during the 2-hour class. Thanks again Jake for making our experience a good one. I will definitely go back for a meal again.

Our overall experience was a very positive one. The service was fantastic. From the Event Manager, server and timing of the food. The venue was beautiful open room and nicely decorated. The server was very attentive to make sure everyone had a drink at all times. The food was exactly what we were looking for. A variety of finger foods for the venue. They were all very flavourful, lots of variety, very hot wings. The wings seemed to be everyone's favourite. You receive a lot for your money.We will definitely be booking another event there!

Do you have a negative rating? We ordered 15 minutes in and waited 45 minutes then asked how much longer and was told it could be another 45 minutes before we got our orders. Rude staff, what food came out was cold and terrible. Half our table left without food.
