Bidrage med feedbackI just had a pleasant experience at the 3940 Brock location. The counter staff were friendly and cheerful. Matt, the barista, kept customers informed on whose order he was making, and whether finished orders were mobile or in store. Everyone looked like they were enjoying their work. Great coffee and fabulous breakfast sandwich.
My fiancée and I were here and unsure of what to get while we were staring at the menu; the barista behind the register asked us if we wanted some help choosing. She asked us a couple of questions, and then suggested some drinks. They were really good! We were just coming in to have some coffee and chill out but it made the experience a lot more special, so if she’s reading this: thank you very much!
I usually come here to study. I find that the restaurant is really accessible. I also spend hours sitting here and the employees treat all the customers with shared kindness. The employees are also great at their job and clean regularly throughout the day. The bathroom is also always clean. Charging ports all work and the wifi is great.
I always love Starbucks for their handcrafted beverages. I am usually a coffee person and when it turns to handcrafted I would try different options every single time. This time my husband and myself tried double chocolate chip Frappuccino (on the right) and for a change I tried chai Frappuccino (yep, I thought let’s try something with chai this time instead of coffee), turned out different and nice. If you like the flavour of cardamom, and you are a chai lover, you will find this awesome! I just felt a little high on sugar in this but overall it was nice experience trying it. Usually, I prefer to try different handcrafted beverages with their BOGo offer , those are super awesome ! But somehow now stopped allowing buy one get one offers on the app (not sure why, but this was good) and now we need to register on web for buy one get one and you get the coupon on email. You need to Walkin and order get your code scanned with the barista, didn’t like it though. Considering the covid situations, it should rather be more contactless and I wish Starbucks could go back to bogo offer via their app then I could visit more often.
This is a nice Starbucks location. It is well kept and the staff are friendly. Service is fast. The coffee and food is fresh and the counter is always well stocked with good variety. The store and parking are wheelchair accessible. The seating arrangement is pleasant with comfortable futons. There is free Wi-Fi access and this location is great for working on laptops.
