Quiznos - Whitby

The meatball sandwiches at this restaurant are excellent! The service is fast and friendly. The food is consistently good and the prices are reasonable.

While passing by Whitby Mall, my companions and I made a spontaneous decision to grab a quick lunch. With countless options to choose from, we settled on Quiznos, as it had been a while since we last dined there and we had a coupon to use. Located conveniently within the mall, Quiznos was easily accessible from both the parking lot and the interior corridor. The restaurant was impeccably clean and well-maintained. Arriving just before the lunch rush on January 31, 2016, we were able to place our orders promptly. The sandwich specialist was incredibly friendly and efficiently prepared our subs to our liking. The sandwiches were incredibly delicious and satisfying, leaving us thoroughly pleased. As we departed, the sandwich specialist bid us a warm farewell. Overall, we had a delightful lunch experience and would definitely return to Quiznos in the future.

Whenever I am in the mood for a high quality, delicious sub I head to the Whitby Mall Quiznos. I have been there several times and the place is alwzys clean, the staff friendly and the sub made exactly how I like it. I would recommend it in heart beat.

I Normally like Quiznos but today this location was terrible The staff was friendly and service was fast but the sub was terrible The bread was not toasted and seemed like there were no toppings

Second visit here, not overly impressed first time but always give a "second try" because people do have "off days". This time surprised to see a younger Chinese Couple running the show - asked whether they were new owners - eventually, they figured out what I was asking and he said yes (I think?) - so we were off to a fine start...Wife ordered small "Veggie Guacamole" and to keep life simple - I ordered same - So what could go wrong - well, the "Dopey Chinese Girl" forgot to put ANY Sauted Mushrooms on the base sub and if there was Guacamole or cheese - you really had to look hard -This was unforgivable - all she had to do was look at the menu to see what was supposed to be there!When the thing came out of the "conveyor" (we couldn't see any of this preparation because of "High Counter" - she asked my wife for her veg additions, one of which "do you want mushrooms" - Huh?, That was the big clue that the girl had screwed up!the Chinese guy muttered something to her and at this point and grinned (and in Chinese, must have said said something like - "just throw some on there") - As I had ordered "SAME" both subs were a COMPLETE DISASTER - mushrooms were simply RAW and unwashed! So we basically got TWO LETTUCE SUBS WITH A SPRINKLE OF GREEN PEPPERS, Olives, NO apparent Guacamole or cheese present AND RAW MUSHROOMS - I mean come on - GET THE BASIC RIGHT - how can you screw up a veggie sub! Lessons to be learned here - if you are Chinese (btw, I work with awesome Chinese people) - and dont speak good English - HIRE SOMEONE WHO DOES! Your customers EXPECT A QUALITY OF PRODUCT FROM "QUIZNOS" and a service that (at least, matches Subway) - BIG FAIL! Recommend - Stay away from this Quiznos!
