Every time i go through this tim hortons they get basically everything wrong. and charge me for the wrong things and then don’t give a receipt either, or they over charge for things. it would be different if it was just a couple of times but it’s really every single time i go to this tim hortons!! do better
It's rare to find a Tim Hortons. My wife being Canadian always a touch of home. We each enjoyed our drink and purchased some pastries the apple fritter being my favorite. What a delicious surprise. If you pass one stop in I know you will enjoy yourself.
I 've had the pleasure of visiting a number of Tim Hortons in Canada and I generally like the visits. The Unfortunately the West Virginia location was less than optimal. Let 's start with the basics: the dining room and especially the bathroom were not what I 'd call pretty. There is still packing protective tape on the stainless steel for one of the equipment pieces at the front counter, the floors were donut shop greasy and the men 's bathroom faucet looked like it came out of a shipwreck. I can only imagine it was years of hard water deposits. On top of that the 'dark 'coffee i got was little more than warm water and I 'm pretty sure the pre-boxed Tim Bits (donut holes) were not from that morning, if not even from the previous day! We went in before noon so it 's not like we were looking forward to getting the dregs at the end of the night. At least the last at the counter was friendly. Really, if the food was good then for stars but I expect better from a Timmies.
My mom ordered a very simple order and we literally didn’t get anything we asked for. No donuts, my latte was hot instead of cold and only half full. And we literally didn’t get the smoothie we ordered for my little sister. This is absolutely ridiculous. We ordered through door dash and Brian told us he asked you several times to correct the order and take your time and you did not. He can’t wait forever or it looks badly on his timestamp. He literally came to us near to tears because he was so worried about getting a bad review. So not only did you get a very simple order wrong, you were rude to our dasher and played with his job position. Hire new employees or retrain then ones you already have. I am a barista my self, this job is not that hard that you get it this wrong.
