The Country Farmhouse

I was at The Country Farmhouse for a Christmas party for an organization I belong to.The entire evening was a lot of fun.We were warmly welcomed despite the minus 25 Celsius weather and were directed to a place to hang coats, buy a drink and have some tasty nibbles. The whole place has an amazing collection of all sorts of gifts like candles, jewelry, clothing and accessories. There are various types of crafts and artsy things - guaranteed you will be able to find a suitable gift for someone who has you stumped.Supper was a roast turkey and baked ham feast with all the trimmings one could ask for. The food was served "family style" and one could have as much or as little as desired.Everything was the right temperature and delicious.I will be going there again if possible and highly recommend it for a smaller gathering (I'm thinking up to 25 people).What a gem of a place - out in the middle of the Prairie.

Great service, good food & cleanWaitress was helpful & attentive, never had to wait for drink refillsThe enchiladas were awesome.

We have been several times and didn't have a problemBut tonight we ordered Stuffed Sopapilla, which turned out to be a big mistake.

I wasn't too sure about trying this place outsome of the reviews were bad I'm happy I gave them a shot.
