Bidrage med feedbackI’ve never been to a more consistently glacial Dunks. Whether I’m behind one car or four cars I’m going to spend at least 15 minutes in the drive-through. Beyond that, often there’s someone manning the drive through whose have lengthy and casual conversations with people she knows in the line. How’s your sister is kind, but this isn’t really the place for a full run down of every medical issue every family member is experiencing or an update on the relationship drama.
Classless crew. If you want to make fun of a customer for not knowing something, and then proceed to laugh and talk sht while they are sitting at the window, you should make sure the window is closed. Always rude service, i will start going further down the street. Customer service is HORRIBLE. Specifically the crew currently on fri nov 17 11:50am HORRIBLE
If you're looking for fast service don't stop here. I ordered one coffee and three times later they finally got it right. I spent about 10 minutes waiting for this
Everything was really good except that they were heavily understaffed. It took too long to finally place my order. The coffee was very good.
Still don't know why in 2023 I cant give 0 or .5 stars, cause this place is horrible. I know 1 customer will not make or break Dunkin Donuts or even 1 stand alone store, but nope done. Will not be back.1. Absolutely appalling when Im sitting at the drive through window, my face is at the same height as someones rear end and exposed underwear. Why dress codes and belts aren't being enforced at work, much less a food service place is just comical2. I get those speakers are not the best to communicate through, even in 2023, but when you ring my order in wrong, or make a mistake with the order I have place every day for over a decade, maybe don't huff and puff and get annoyed with me when I ask you to fix it. I feel like when my coffee/food is wrong, I am being punished when i ask it be corrected.3. The manager was yelling at her staff about the equipment not being properly cleaned and then turns around and serves me from the very same equipment. Like what? You just told me it was not cleaned properly, but you're serving from it anyway?4. Absolutely love Dunkin lets their employees express themselves with the way they dress causal, and comfortable. Sneakers, Jeans, Hoodies, Hair up, Hair down, Nose rings and Facial Tats (I'm being 100% serious, I know i just complained about dress code too) but there is a line that needs to be established and held. Like belts (bullet #1) and when your acrylic nails are so long you stab me when giving me my items or cannot grip my credit card and drop under my car in the drive through.This Dunkin has no standards, very rude, and with there being 5 other Dunks within a 5 minute radius of this one, DO NOT GO HERE!
