Dunkin' - WESTVILLE

Not all Dunkin locations are the same- this one is absolutely one of the best. Every time I go here, their drive-through is the fastest, most efficient service I've ever had anywhere. Line of 5 cars served in less than 5 minutes. My order was ready less than a minute from pulling up to the window. And their staff is consistently polite and gets the order right. I go out of my way to go to this location before any other. Service: Take out

What Dunkin EVER! It used to be decent, but not the employees of this place terrible. You do not make mobile orders so that u must wait, even if u order 20 minutes before. The workers seem lazy, were ignorant, have massed several orders, n this is only the beginning of the last problems with this place. Because of medical problems? the only place where I can go, at the moment n they open their interior wherever they want. If the interior is not open, u must stand in the drive Tu when you walked. Idk, these are all current problems with people who have started in the last few months. I hope the manager or the owner will perhaps contact me so that I can explain better because this is a problem for me and many others than I will? ve talked to other customers about the same problems. Today I went in the drive thru at 6:40 I just wanted my frozen matcha latte but no they said they were closed, but they close at 7:00, says it on the website I? m annoyed.
