East Moon Asian Bistro Sushi

I come here pretty regularly, the staff is always friendly and food is always great. You can get a tasty dinner here without spending much OR you can treat yourself to some sushi. My favorites here are the gyoza, spicy scallop roll and the lychee martini.

Absolutely enjoyed eating at East Moon for my birthday. I posted the pictures about two weeks ago, but for some reason, the review did not come out so I will repost with the pictures again.

Great place! Went during happy hour. Sushi rolls are just $5 and a good value for the price. It’s the best sushi I’ve had since we’ve moved to Broomfield.

Didn't seem interested in seating us in an almost empty restaurant. Waited and watched four families walk out and they kept saying it would be a while. So we took the money I was planning on spending for Chinese food and went across the lot to Ramanos Italian Grill, where they were happy to serve my family and receive the $135 for the service. Without waiting for any time to get seated. Oh well.

Good fusion and FANTASTIC atmosphere. Spacious. Modern. Lots of natural light. Beautiful foyer/waiting area. The veggie dish was a nice fusion. The food is a decent mix of various Asian food: Thai, Chinese, Japanese etc. It’s excellent for a group who can’t decide on one type and get a variety of choices. Something for everyone!Vegetarian options: I just ordered the veggie dish. No special section or labels on the menu. I’d love if they’d start to incorporate that and a few dedicated VEGAN dishes. :
