Paul Martin's American Grill - Westlake Village

I went to “Paul Martin’s” when it first open and was totally impress. The atmosphere, the service, the menu and the food were are Great!

Awful evening at Paul Martin’s Westlake Friday happy hour with the geriatric crowd. Group of 80+ year old men “regulars” think they own the place and make women feel uncomfortable for being there. Not the first time this has happened. If that’s what you’re in to, this is the place for you. Otherwise, Management doesn’t do anything about it and it makes for an awful experience. Very confrontational and such a shame that the Paul Martin brand is being ruined. Do NOT recommend for a pleasant evening out with the girls. Won’t be back

Beautiful dinner with excellent service. Happy to recommend. We make a point of returning to Paul Martin when we are in Southern Cala.

We have been longtime patrons of this restaurant and have always have good food and service. This was a horrible experience. It took 20 minutes to get a glass of wine. They delivered my soup 20 minutes before my husbands, the main course for us- a Valentine's special- bacon wrapped scallops was like eating rubber. I powered through 5/6 which was stupid on my part. My husband stopped after 1 so they comped his meal. They offered to bring us another but considering we already waited 40 minutes to eat, we said no. The waitress was very inexperienced. This has tainted our view on eating there, so we will probably not be back there for a long, long while. Then a guy was wallking around giving out $10 coupons to be used within the next 30 days. That won't be happening!

Great food, great service, and I'll definitely go again.
