Sail Inn Food & Spirits

I love Sail Inn. It's been part of the campground for 6 years. I wasn't too excited about the change when it first went from a dive bar to a nice bar, but it definitely grew up on me. Matt, Wyatt and Melissa are the best and always offer a stellar service. And Matt is one of the most creative bartenders I've ever met. It always comes with new cocktails and combines seasonal changes in recipes. Love able to always try a new craft beer from their rotating tape as well. More stolen that they are always local breweries of Bike Dog, Yolo and Jackrabbit. And the food? Freakin excellent! In fact, I think it's probably some of the best in West Sac. Fresh, tasty, and they offer specialties to mix it all week. If you didn't try the fish sauces, you'll miss! Brunch is also fabulous. Make yourself a favor and try the blueberry French toast it is to die! Also love that it dog friendly on the back terrace, water bowls and linen ties. There are hornhole set up, plenty of seating, and just a good mood! The tab can be inserted quickly (if you cannot make happy hour)... But I think it's just because some of my brain is still stuck in the old school cheap dipable prices that I was used. This means it is worth the additional cost for the excellent service and delicious food drinks options!

Great place. Foods of the chain and drinks ate in point. Bring the family or just meet a customer. When you came here, it was renovated and is under new property and management. The place is great!

Always the place to go on a 'Friday HappyHour After Work', along with your friends. Great menu, specialties, n cooks. We ordered each time differently if we were never disappointed. Good selection of drinks. The service of the staff comes with a great help of smiles. Free parking with a beautiful size.

We're coming here for cocktails all the time. Matt runs a tight ship and all bartenders make great drinks. If you want a great old fashion or martini on the west side, this is the place. You have good food too. There Chili is unexpected and quite tasty. It's made with Brisket that they smoke in the house. It is super thick and tastes amazing on frits. I love that the club sandwich is made of turkey with real, house smoked plates. LPT: Get the turkey! My husband is a hard fan of Mac n cheese. The burgers are excellent. You have a beautiful terrace that you can visit your dog. And they are now serving brunch on weekends. If you're in the west side, I recommend this place.

Went for happy hour and had the fish tacos and the carribean rum chicken sandwich. Service was good, it wasn't crowded at the time...which was about 445. It is very noisy in the restaurant and that was all we could talk about was how the sound travels... Possibly because of the wood plank walls. So, not a place to go for a romantic quiet dinner. The food was amazing! The chicken sandwich was delicious. I'll definitely get that again.
