Wendy's - West Point

My experience with Wendy's is always the same. Bad service with a thrown together order. So why write a review? This West Point, MS gem needs to be congratulated on a job well done. On our way to the beach, we order. Not only was the order correct, the staff was professional and the food was hot. I had no idea that Wendy's nuggets were so good. Could this be a fluke? A few days later we try the same location on our way home. Same experience! Good job on taking pride in your work.

Oh my goodness, we met the sweetest, kindest people at a Wendy's! The food was great, but we were even more impressed by the outstanding service and genuine kindness. The care and love we felt from all the staff, from taking our order to serving our drinks and delivering our meals for a group of four to five people, was exceptional! After driving 800 miles from South Texas on a long day trip of 14 hours, we were tired and hungry, and being welcomed with such warmth truly touched our hearts. Thank you!

They went out to get me a grilled chicken sandwich, but I was told that only spicy fried chicken was available. I made the best of my day anyway.

Highly recommended! The team was thoroughly impressed. The service was excellent and prompt. This is definitely one of the best Wendy's around.
