Subway Sandwiches Salads - West Plains

I do not recommend the drive thru to anyone. This is the 2nd time this week my order has been messed up. Missing ingredients I requested, half the size of the normal salad was given, or missing food in general. Shame. Only giving one star so I can leave acomment.

Food was great, everything looked fresh, everything seemed very clean.

I went through the drive-thru tonight and ordered two sandwiches: one steak and one chicken bacon ranch. The steak was missing half of the toppings I requested and tasted like it was just overloaded with salt and pepper. As for the bacon ranch, it wasn't toasted and also had way too much salt and pepper. They're closed now, but I plan to go back tomorrow for a full refund.

It’s delightful to have such a great variety of vegetables and a complete range of sandwich options. The smashed avocado truly enhances the flavor of everything by a thousand percent, no question about it. We’ve consistently received excellent customer service when dining in. However, after trying the drive-thru twice and experiencing issues with incorrect orders, we prefer to go inside to place our order.

The staff is consistently friendly, and the food is always prepared perfectly and delicious! Thank you!
