Starbucks - West Palm Beach

I watched this man put coffee in my black tea limonade. I'm so confused. he was obviously also? never come back. many thanks for wasting my money

Literally can't go get coffee here on your lunch break without wasting the whole break practically oh and they don't even care about any specific details to your order. Some people don't like 50g of sugar in liquid version in their drinks. Some people literally NEED their orders to be how they order it for their literal health Not just how it's usually made. Saw the guy working disregard the instructions on the sticker and literally just making it how it usually comes and I was waiting 10 min just to see him making it wrong...? Literally 9 workers were in this area granted 2 looked like they were training by 1 worker but that leaves 6 employees to make COFFEE toast some pastries up. I've worked in this industry and with literally 2 girls we would kill a whole line with no issues. Yes stress is the issue but I'm just mad I wasted my whole break for a cup of coffee ya feel like wow I'm dumb for coming here never again Starbucks needs employees who actually know how to work

Morning staff was so incredibly kind and helped me out when my mobile order was missing. thank you so much to all of you. Moving to west palm and this Starbucks will definitely be my go to due to the sweet sweet staff !
