Bidrage med feedbackI love this location because the baristas are amazing !!! I come here frequently and I send my husband here as well to get my drinks ! However , there’s a particular lady at the drive thru by the name Of Kayla!! She is extremely rude lacks customer service. I would hate to have to start recording the interactions or taking my concerns to corporate. As long as I don’t have to deal with her again, this location is the best!
I ask for milk and sugar, they almost every milk and taste more black I was really looking for my hot cup coffee, but that was not good to upset all that I enjoy
Kayla is the sweetest! She always takes mine and my husbands order with a smile (and a few jokes). Whenever I come to this location I can always look forward to seeing a smiling face and a few laughs!!!
This Starbucks can be hit or miss. The majority of the time the staff is friendly and courteous. About half of the time there is a longer than acceptable wait in the drive through line. I would also say about a third of the time the order is wrong and/or something is missing. The staff always tries to fix or resolve the issue either that day or on a subsequent visit. I only use this location if I must and/or I’m passing it. Make sure to check your order before leaving, especially if it’s a larger order (which mine tend to be as I am ordering for the family).
Terrible drive in and they need to change flow of traffic . Faster to park and service inside . People are wasting gas in drive especially at 5.50 a gallon. Cars blocking roads illegally in Florida. I don’t blame employees but the rude customers talking on cell phones instead of ordering.
