Bidrage med feedbackThis is the top Haitian restaurant in Palm Beach. It is recently opened, clean, and very upscale - just the way I prefer a Haitian restaurant to be. They serve the best paté kodé in town, no question about it. It's my favorite spot. People say Haitian restaurants lack customer service, but their service is excellent. They know how to treat their customers.
The customer service over the phone is absolutely horrendous. Even if the food was delicious, the terrible service and long wait times make it not worth it. The person on the phone seems to just want to argue.
I ordered lalo whatever they give me, look nothing like lalo, the ding looks disgusting and rough, clear, they don't know how to make it, but want to sell it. make better people.
Bad service bad food! eating is in the rule “just ok”! definitely not the best haitian eating I ever had. but the food I got yesterday was just as spoiled. I smell it as soon as I open the container. I thought the last time they were turned off for a violation of health controls. no more for me! Maybe prosperity of family restaurant next time.
I ordered white rice and buzz. When I poured the beans on the rice, I could smell a strong sour fragrance, so I knew that eating was spoiled. I went back to the restaurant to get a refund and they were very rude for me. the manager told me “**** you we dont give REFUNDS” not to forget to mention, I am pregnant and it made me sick!
