Kung Fu Tea - WEST NYACK

I ordered a pearl milk tea with extra boba, but unfortunately, I did not receive what I paid for. I had to wait an hour for my drink, only to find that the bubbles were not sweet or chewy, and the tea tasted artificial and made with powder. I paid $8 for a disappointing experience. I would give you 0 stars if I could, but I am giving you 1 star. I hope you can learn from this feedback and work on improving the quality of your products.

This bubble tea at the mall was the worst I've ever had, and it was also the most expensive. They seem to think they can charge a premium because of their location, but the quality is far from worth it. I paid $8.83 for a large bubble tea with extra bubbles and no ice, but the amount of bubbles was the same as a regular. It was clear that the bubbles were not prepared properly or had been sitting out for a while before being added to my drink. The taste was terrible, and the fact that I always ask for extra bubbles made the experience even more disappointing. I considered speaking to the staff, but I ultimately decided to never return and to leave this review instead.

I have to give this restaurant a good review because my nephew works here and he's amazing.

Oversteeped undrinkable tea. Incredibly bitter. I’d guess they steep extra for milk tea, which might be passable. However for regular, unsweetened tea it is far too astringent.

A rip off. I received a badly filled almond milk tea. The guy on the counter has the nerve to have a tip jar lol.
