Taco Bell - West Mifflin

Food tasted like trash. Service took 40 minutes for a single combo, they were extremely rude and monotone. Atmosphere was extremely depressing. No manager to be found. We saw staff putting pubic hair on other people’s food. Would rate -100 but I can’t.

The drive-thru always takes forever even if there aren't many cars in it. Food is ok, but price is a bit much for what you get.

Horrible service by the guy with the dreads he was mad because workers didn't show up took it out on customers night shift. Highly disappointed

Taco Bell is a hit or miss! Everyone knows that, depending on what you ordered! It's all good with them! I'll still go back unless I get horrible customer service and really really bad food!

Ordered delivery through the app, somehow the order was cancelled, so I called, they couldn’t see my order. I tried again without issue and was surprised by extra goodies for my inconvenience. This restaurant has great people working there, reward the person responsible for the great service! Order was4/4/24 6:42pm
