Wendy's - West Memphis

Salad was good. Fries were stale and not good. Lady at the front register was nice.

7 people in line and absolutely no customer service . They were just looking at customers and not even making food for people already waiting on there food . They definitely need new crew .

I would give negative starts if that was possible. Staff was rude, impatient, absolutely awful AND, they didn?t have anything.. no potatoes, no ketchup, no salt, no lettuce... no nothing. BESIDES all that nobody was wearing a mask, I mean the masks were on their necks or hanging on their ears... if you have another option as a stop do it. Worst Wendy?s I?ve ever been.

Nice people but they usually leave a lot if things off the oder so if you don't check every single item before you leave then you get home and have to drive all the way back up there. And they don't even seem sorry or give you anything for your trouble and time. They will leave off over have your oder some times. I've had things left off more times than I've had it correct. But the employees are very nice and still learning.

Stopped in around 7pm, got a chicken sandwich. Was fresh, tasty, and fairly quick. Service was friendly. The dining area was clean, overall a great experience. Thanks!
