Bidrage med feedbackThe fish was extremely overcooked to the point where it was impossible to eat. Additionally, there were numerous bones in the dish. It is highly recommended to steer clear of this restaurant.
After watching a movie at the cinema, I decided to stop by for some fries since it was only 8 o'clock. I checked Google and it said the restaurant was supposed to be open until 11pm. However, when I arrived, the place was dark and closed at 8pm. This wasn't the first time this has happened.
We have visited Marini's three times now, and on each occasion, no one has informed my husband about the wall box where you can input your car's registration number to extend your parking time beyond the initial 15 minutes. When asking why this information was not provided, a female staff member stated that she did not feel the need to inform customers about it. Despite being told multiple times that the box belongs to the car park management, she did not seem to understand the importance of informing customers about it to avoid fines. It becomes a costly fish supper when you factor in the fine, which can range from £50 to £85. I am still waiting for the manager to contact me, but no response has been received so far. At other places like B&M, they handle parking tickets and have them cancelled, while Marini's has not shown willingness to assist. I will not be returning and caution everyone to be cautious in their car park to avoid fines, especially since waiting times for service can exceed 15 minutes.
Will not be back. Ordered fish supper the fish was very small and batter under cooked .Very dissatisfied.
Decided to stop into marinis near the boulevard for a fish supper, usually go to Ladywell one but this was closer this evening. Wish I hadn't bothered, ignorant female on the counter completely ignored me, thankfully the young chap noticed and asked what I was after. Suffice to say, I will not be back to this one and will stick with the one in Ladywell from now on.
