Aldos - West Lothian

I am the only one to review this restaurant and it seems like no one else even knows about it in this city. Firstly, the staff is very friendly. The fish they serve is fresh and cooked to order, which is not common in West Lothian. Some people may not like waiting for their fish and prefer the tasteless, dried, pre-prepared fish that some other places serve. However, that is not the case at Balances in Longridge. They also offer a delicious haggis fritter as an extra option. Overall, I highly recommend this place for a great meal.

Absolutely delightful experience at Happiness restaurant. The food is always fresh and consistent. The only drawback is a small flaw in the presentation, but it's the only place that puts in the effort. It may not be perfect, but other similar places are either lazy or don't care. Highly recommended.

Address is something misleading. it is neither aldos in uphall nor the old aldos in bathgate. if they check the card reference, it is actually in longridge, south of whitburn. Don't bring them together. this is the only good fish and chip shop in West...Lothian the main reason.? he uses fresh grades a' engl haddock cooks them instead of storing air that they dry for an hour like the rest of them. so easy. he also makes beautiful fresh pasta dishes. the minute drive from bathgate to get a decent fish. also friendly.

Tested this chip for the first time until today. nice, friendly staff, good eating, huge portions and great worth. will definitely return.

I had a fantastic dinner at this restaurant. The chips were great, the battered sausage was nice and crispy, and the pizza was a little undercooked. The onion rings were amazing and the scampi was perfect.
