The lakes are an i very venue, I was there for a seminar and unfortunately it was not much of a seminar

Food drinks: Three of us had lunch here today 21/12. Firstly, the young woman taking food orders had a terrible attitude. Secondly, both salads on fish n chips and beef snitty were appalling, both were lukewarm, lacking in any flavour or appeal of any kind. Third, one of us had to wait 25 minutes longer than the others for arancini balls. We had to check twice that the order had not been missed. And the place wasn't even very busy. I doubt we would go back.

Our room was very clean and the beds were comfy. Our meals were nice but took ages to arrive. Friendly staff and book in was swift and efficient. Rooms: 5 Service: 4 Location: 5
