Crave Cafe - West Hills

The food at this restaurant is incredible. While the decor is a bit quirky, the atmosphere feels cozy and welcoming. I highly recommend trying their chicken pesto pizza, as it is the best I have ever had. They offer a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from, making it a great option for any mealtime. I rate the food 5 out of 5.

Was so disappointed with the food, it was actually gross and upset my stomach.... I ordered the ex girlfriend crepe, which was strawberry, cream cheese, and caramel sauce, and literally they put old strawberries, thin watery caramel syrup, and a huge block of cream cheese like straight from the grocery not even spread on the crepe, under the flap of the crepe... It was really gross... Tried to spread it myself and it wouldn 't spread....And the crepe was undercooked and tasted so off.... It was $17 after tax and was so inedible I actually had to throw it away : so disappointed because I had high hopes, the restaurant looked very cute...

I have visited this restaurant twice now, and both times they have gotten my order wrong. My son and I were excited to have a nice breakfast together on Friday morning, but he was disappointed when his plate arrived without any berries, even though he had asked if all the berries listed on the menu would be included and was assured they would be. When we requested berries to be added to his pancakes, we were told we would have to pay extra, even though we had already spent $45 for our meal.

First time at Crave. Cute place. Clean, comfortable, friendly. A very diverse menu and great hours early to late. I will try Crave again and hoping next time the food is better. My Greek crepe was way undercooked with spongy, rubbery, doughy crepe and dry ingredients. I love spinach, feta and mushroom, but needed a sauce or something inside (even some butter would work). My friend’s Ex Girlfriend crepe was undercooked and he said flavorless. Really rooting for this place so much so that I was just going to send an email to the owner and not write a public review. However, there’s nothing on the website to contact them other than a phone number. Hoping they read this.
