Shake Shack West Hartford

Great burgers perfect fries. The chicken sandwich is good too.If food from a burger place is still good reheated after a 30 min drive home you know it's good, so to me it's worth the price.

We went on a Sunday afternoon, it was a bit crowded. It took about 25 minutes to get our order, and others waited about the same time. The burger was pretty good, but the fries feel undercooked a bit. They are still really good, I just prefer them crispier. We also got a vanilla shake that was refreshing, just a little too sweet. Ketchup dispensers were out so we needed to use the packets. Bathrooms were clean. This may be personal preference but I'd rather go to a Five Guys and get more fries. Still a good place for a quick meal if you're in the Plaza.Parking: Large Plaza with plenty of parking

DAMN!!! $50 for my son and I to eat a mediocre burger, a grilled hot dog, and a couple of shakes?!?!? I just don't get it. I've asked several people to explain this place to me and have not gotten a good answer yet. Been there, done that, never again!

Dropped food in the kitchen, cooks shaking hands with their friends when they came in, order was 15 min after the app said it was ready and, to top it off, only my child got a hamburger and he threw up all night.. no signs or symptoms of illness beyond clear food poisoning
