Juliana’s Pizzeria - West Hartford

If you are looking for a delicious salad, you will not be disappointed with the Cobb Salad. It is large enough for 2 people and definately worth the price. The ingredients are fresh and the chicken is appropriately seasoned and grilled. The next best fooditem to try is the Mashed Potato Pizza. It is superb!

I have been ordering from Bert's pizzeria in for over a year and the food has been very good and the delivery drivers have been very professional and friendly. However on 9/20/32. I called the restaurant at 5:10pm, to order a Philly Steak wraps with friesand another side order of fries. The total was $23.50 and it'll 45 minutes delivery time(5.55pm). The delivery driver called me,his English was very bad. I asked him if he was out my building. I think he said yes. I went outside my building and thedelivery driver was not there. After waiting outside for about 15 minutes. I called the restaurant and informed them, thedelivery driver has not shown up with my order. They contacted the driver and said, he was in my building. I told therestaurant, I am outside my building and no driver has shown up. I was told this driver is driving a black car. Around 6:40, ared Versa pulled into my driveway and l asked this driver, what was he delivering and he responded pizza. At 6:45pm, this driverwas still standing beside my building main door. So I went up to him and asked for him to open the bag he was carrying. It wasmy order. So I asked him why did he tell me, he was delivering pizza? When l got into my apartment and opened my food. ThePhilly wraps and fries were cold and soggy and not edible. I threw the food in the trash. The restaurant didn't even apologizeto me for the unprecedented behavior and the lies by this driver.

Totally unexpected, but the tacos are some of the best I've ever had. Especially the pork ones. For a town full of fancy taco places, Bert's are probably the best.

I have had good experiences with them except last night. It took longer for the delivery. They forgot things on my order and the food looked as if it cooked too long or it was old. I don?t know what happened last night.

TT made my wait in line at the Hartford Food Festival very pleasant. When the pizza got their I was very happy I waited, cheesy, rich and great pepperoni. Very good Italian pizza but not much different than most very good Italian pizza, still, Ihighly recommend.
