Papa Grand's Pizza - West branson

Only sharing this as a 1, because we weren't even allowed to order to dine in. We were told by the cashier who on duty that we couldn't dine in, they were taking take out orders only. She spoke so low and didnt seem to be happy to ne at work. There were plenty of customers eating the buffet, in fact just starting to serve themselves. There was visibly food at the pasta and pizza bars. Lots of folks setting at the tables, too. We've eaten here on every trip to Branson and enjoyed it. What the heck??? I only wished I would have asked why we a group of two couldn't be served. Previously I would have given a 4 or 5 star rating. On other visits service was good, tonight VERY dysfunctional, and it was only 6:00pm!

Asked for extra pepperoni it's a good thing we did, or we may not have had any. It's pretty much self-serve, but staff wasn't very friendly when

Pizza was good, friendly employees. Seating area was very clean.

Great variety. Pizza, pasta and salad bars food was very good. Restaurant was really clean and the staff was nice.

Me and my family stayed at the hotel there, and we decided to go to the pizza buffet and then go have fun in the arcade, during our trips up to the buffet we witnessed and counted 3 different employees coughing and sounding like they were gagging, not sure what illnesses they may have, but very unsanitary and crappy to force your sick workers to work around the food, that they prepare for us and our families to eat, needless to say after the second trip up there and seeing it we left still hungry and went to the fun spot.
