Bidrage med feedbackFirst and last time I ordered from W. Washington St location in West Bend. Ordered online and food was supposed to be done at 5:50pm. Was finally done at 6:40pm but only half of my order. They forgot the other half.
Gross, overcooked chicken in old oil that was cold, didn’t pack half the order. Everything was cold and so
I ordered online an 8 piece chicken meal and got to the restaurant when it said it was done. The 2 guys making the food acknowledged I was there for pick up and said it would be ready soon. The restaurant was so dirty and they weren’t wearing gloves while making food. After 5 minutes of me being there they must have noticed there was no extra crispy and it would take 30 minutes if I wanted to come back. Umm no that’s the whole point of an online order and my order was supposed to be done before I even got to the store according to online. I asked for a refund they said they can’t do that and I would have to call KFC. I already paid and didn’t trust if I just left I would actually get a refund. A woman who I assume was the manager was absolutely no help she didn’t even come to the counter she yelled to say I need to call my credit card company for a refund. That’s ridiculous it isn’t fraud or my credit cards problem KFC is out of chicken! One of the younger guys was very nice about it and offered to put together whatever chicken they did have. Once I got home I was more disappointed because the food…chicken, mac&cheese, corn, and biscuit’s were all cold and either dry or super greasy from sitting so long. It was also VERY overpriced! Needless to say we will never be back to KFC again I don’t know how this restaurant is still in business.
The lady said one minute like 15 minutes ago, I’m waiting for her to even just take my order. This place shouldn’t even be open with how low staff they are. Do better.
Expensive!!! KFC IS NOT ALWAYS OPEN! TRIED TO CALL IN A ORDER, NO ANSWER! WHEN I FINALLY GOT SOMEONE, ALL I HEARD WAS LOUD KITCHEN NOISES. NO QUALITY CONTROL! THE HISPANIC LADY AT THE WINDOW WAS NICE.SHE SAID THEY ARE UNDERSTAFFED AND THAT'S WHY THERE ARE ISSUES.
