Papa John's Pizza - Wesley Chapel

1. Order. Food was great and much better than Dominos. Wings exceeded my expectations

Got a Papadia (steak and cheese) asked for extra pepperoncinis and was very pleased to find a well made sandwich. The team apologized for waiting. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I ordered buffalo poppers, but got Bbq and she also messed up my side sauce, come on guys it says on the day on the box that I know is given to the cut table before they cut. Unfortunately, I had delivered it to my job, so I couldn't check it properly when it was delivered. Pizza was good, so three stars still hit over the buffalo?

I ordered Papa John for dinner tonight, a patilla and a big pizza. literally 30 seconds after I got the boxes and opened it was a dead ame in the Papadilla box. I called, was stopped (no big deal), then started talking to Robert. I told him what happened and he asked what I would do, but then he said he would talk to a manager (I suppose Don is based on his voice), he did not dumb his phone and the manager said? I don't think...? Robert came back to the phone and when I asked him if I heard him right, he didn't say Ma? is he with someone else... probably history when I heard the conversation. I'm pregnant, had a long day at work and really wanted Papa John?s lol. I'm not one who calls if there's no reason to do this, but they sent me a replacement, but the whole oral made me unimpressed. I didn't want to get my money back...

DO NOT ORDER PIZZA FROM THIS LOCATION, PLEASE TAKE YOUR MONEY AND BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!! The poorest customer service I?ve EVER experienced in my entire life!!! Also, the pizza will reflect the experience.
