Wife made a mistake and ordered food on the mobile app. Ordered at the wrong Weslaco location.Refused to help with the issue and said I need to drive there or call the cancel.Location will not answer phone.Site made no offers to help me further.

I don't like the fact that you purchase a whole meal with drink and then they charge you for your drink because it's an orange juice. What is the whole point of getting a meal?

Getting parked for single double cheeseburger is ridiculous.. might as well have customers park to get their drinks as well. Customer service is horrible, managers don't seem to care about the service or cleanliness of the establishment...
