Ihop - Wentzville

People should not sleep on IHOP for those boutique type breakfast places. This place jams!

This is the second time I've been to this ihop. The service is so slow. Not enough help to get around to the customers. We waited so long to order and then again for our coffee and then again for our food. I had to stop the server to ask for something because no one checked in once during our breakfast. The food was tasty though. And there was ample parking. We tried the waffle, pancakes and the veggie omelette.

I was pleasantly surprised with the breakfast burrito. Meat, eggs, hashbrowns and salsa. And it’s kind of hidden in the menu. Very filling and at a good price point. The side of pancakes were yummy too. The other go-to is Split Decision. Great place to meet with buddies to plan our next backpacking trip.?

Had the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich. I might tone down the salt a little, but it was otherwise very good.The Onion Rings were perfect.The facility was a bit small and noisy due to the proximity. The men's restroom was flooded the whole time we were there.Otherwise, it was clean and bright.

I have visited this IHOP a few times and each time I'm left not impressed. The food has not been good!! My mom likes this place, that's why I come. Maybe next time I'll go for the pancakes ?....something they're known for.
