Mcdonald's - Wentorf bei Hamburg

Hello dear people. Today I was eating with a companion in this Mc Donalds branch in Wentorf at 21:30 am Date 03.03.2024 . At our order, the Pommes unfortunately came very Labbrig and Cold. Then I made the employee aware of 30-40 years old and dark-skinned, and his statement was that something can't be because they have to comply with a certain minute. I told the employee that it is only my opinion and my observation. After all, he became very clean and personal, and then I shouldn't lie. After 2 minutes of discussion he brought us a new Pomme's portion. Unfortunately, he put another one on it and said, "This is how your Pomme's portion is almost burnt, it is now so better. I had mixed feelings between anger and stay loose. I'll never go to this branch again.

I'm extremely mad. I had to eat my McNuggets with Sour cream instead of Sweet Sauer sauce, because the employee was unable to pack the right sauce!

Very clean fast restaurant. No long waiting times. Orders are correctly issued and well prepared. Clean sanitary facilities! For a McDonalds highly recommended, nice service:

Actually, not worth a star...has got angular and cold pommes..... then you go to the forefront to exchange the employee starts to discuss with me and my husband....after the discussion we got new pommes....the staff and brought to the table with the saying na are now better they are almost burned....ciemly disgusting and cheeky behavior!!!! There we will never go again was our last visit!!!!

Unfortunately, the McDonald is no longer what he was at all, three times in a row faulty delivery has always been forgotten, today ordered on site and again hit 2x big pommes, slowly I get the impression that it happens with intention. Usually not worth a star.
