Sky 9 Hilton London Wembley

I was very disappointed with my recent visit to this restaurant. We were there to celebrate my daughter starting university, and while we had a lovely experience when we visited last October, this time was a letdown. The waitress was inexperienced and rude, the cocktails were not enjoyable, and the food was mediocre. Our bill came to £169.00 for four people, and we felt like we would have been better off going to a different restaurant. There were no fairy lights outside, which was disappointing as we had wanted to take some photos on the balcony. When we complained to the manager, they admitted to having difficulty with staff employment and that the waitress had not been properly trained. This level of service is not acceptable for a Hilton Hotel.

Location and views from this restaurant was fantastic. Although bookings a little messy. Would be nice if booked table could specify if we intent to dine in or just for drinks.. I made reservation for dinner but I didn’t realise that heights of tables varies. Me and my boyfriend was looking forward to a fine dining but the table was at our knee level. I made a request to be sat next to the windows which they did, lovely waitress got us seated in only for a manager to come up and tell us the table is reserved and we cant seat there, maybe communicate to colleagues first as it was tiny teeeeeny embarrassing. Other than, great and help ful staff. Food was 5/10, took forever to come.

The food was good and there was a relaxed atmosphere. I booked/reserved our table in advance but when we got there it was clear we did not have a table reserved for us, and were told we couldn’t sit near the window with the view as someone had just come up and reserved it, yet we had reserved it far in advance, so that was disappointing

Nice place with amazing atmosphere and really good music, perfect to chill out after long week. Outstanding service from Simon and his team, especially Alberto and Mario. We will be definitely coming back
