Tim Hortons - Welland

Food was decent, but found a hair in my food. They hardly packaged my food. The one worker kept staring at myself and my friend. Which made me very uncomfortable. I won't be coming back.

If I could rate 0 stars I would, i don’t usually mind waiting in drive thru, but the lady that works there almost every day, she is older and has such a horrible mouth on her. She back talks to you, and gives major attitude. I’m actually so sick of it. I will not be returning to this store. I will bring my business down the road further from my work. Unreal.

The workers were all in the back talking. There were people in the front who had been waiting around. One left because of no service for like 10 minutes. They handed a customer a wrong wrap and than took it back. I placed an online order and after 35 minutes still had not received it. They didn't call my name or ask if anyone was there with my name. It was not even placed on the little shelf They have for people to take what they ordered. My daughter walked up to the counter and the girl behind the counter looked at her quickly and than walked away leaving my child to be ignored. Than when something was said, they said it was behind the shelf to get things and said they were sorry and remade them but no other offer. A customer said he had been there three times since it had reopened and all three times his order was wrong. A lady came up to us as we were talking and told them she was going to call head office as although it is beautiful in there the customer service was horrible. Than my daughter saw one worker take her hand and acted as if she was going to punch another worker in the face and the girl who was supposed to receive the punch in the face laughed. As a two time domestic violence survivor, I find this truly disgusting and poor behavior on those workers parts. I did call head office with all these complaints and never once heard back. My daughter took a video of them in the back when she was being ignored.Ps... lucky I gave 1 star for staff.. I really just wanted to give a 0

The 2 older ladies that are there in the mornings are friendly. They go above and beyond with their service skills.
