Because of the pandemic, we used the Drive Thru. Usually we use the service counter. Drove up to the menu that could be more visible from a non-ordered position without knowing what we were looking for. I asked the voice in the box to give us a moment she has committed. A young man has carefully examined us and answered all questions in time and with knowledge. Would give a star for this category, but the menu is no longer visible and the drive up. No money. line when we were finished, it won't be possible. If you do not take cash, run with this information. Waiting Time Every time in a Thru drive, you expect a waiting time. You do not have the luxury of reading posters or looking at other objects inside. You can only talk to your wife in Drive Thru so often. This place is known for a young, perhaps inexperienced staff who has long been waiting in the past. During this visit the line moved quickly and we had our food and were in very short order. Service There was a language barrier between service and me. Something that can be hard on both of us. However, the server was understandable and easy to go through the entire process. Food We have blizzards, it seems very hard to screw this up, but trust me when I say it can be done. That means I'm very happy to say that the two blizzards, the wife Vagrant and I got were very generous with ingredients and the Ice Cream Sandwich that got our little Vagrant was enjoyable for him. Can't ask for much more. Follow Up It is very hard to follow up after a Drive Thru visit and you can hardly expect a follow-up email as you would receive from a blocking page pickup or delivery service. However, I give this additional point star to Dairy Queen for her humor as we drove away. My wife had ordered a Reese Blizzard and I had ordered the new Wonder Woman Blizzard again, both good. The server gave me the tray and said your reese and your Wonder Woman. And, of course, your Wonder Woman beside you Mrs. Vagrant. Very well done.

The quick service and table-side food delivery are impressive. Unlike other franchises where food is prepared at the counter and called by number, here it is brought directly to your table. While the fries may be a bit undercooked at times, the flamethrower dish is always consistently delicious.

I have been to this restaurant before and had a very enjoyable experience. The staff was friendly and attentive, and my order was delivered quickly and accurately. The food was delicious and portions were generous.

This milk queen is terrible. From the last 5 times we were there, there were 3 occasions we turned around and left because they did not have the ingredients to make what we wanted I.e banana split or treat pizzas. I understand it's slower, but seriously? The staff there looks completely miserable and looks like you're moving them inconveniently. I literally got better service in every other dairy queen in the region.

The parking lot and all the seating were full, but the staff was efficient in getting the line moving and taking everyone's orders. The food at this Dairy Queen is standard and nothing exceptional compared to other locations. The washrooms were very clean, and the restaurant was well-maintained and tidy. I visit this place often in the summer and have never encountered any issues in the past 10 years.
