What an awesome visit. Caught up with old friends and made a new one.

It's a nice place. The only reason I didn't give 5 ? is because the lady working was negative as always and she never moves from her seat to wipe the machines, not once ever in my presence. As usual, as soon as you walk in, Negative Nancy talked about the machines never hitting and that they weren't hitting for days. Everyone who came in said the same thing that was yesterday, I'm here today! It seemed to be an excuse for her to begin directly and indirectly bragging to everyone about her four figure windfall. Unfortunately she repeated both messages over and over the entire time I was trying to win money. Talk about bad luck this behavior is downright depressing. I also get extremely annoyed when the other lady who works there watches my game and roots for a better spin, ooh ing and aww ing, or saying oh you were so close like I don't see that. I hate that stuff!! Matter of fact, why is she responding to my game? smh. She's worse than a cheerleader! The game is interactive with the player it's not the game me and the workers! If I wanted to be so annoyed I'd travel there with a friend who only came to watch me play!!. Omg if I want all the background static I'd go to my friends house and listen to her kids crying all day. Yes I'd save money but I'd still have the same headache. Like many people, I do my best to avoid headaches. I only come to Toga for the games and I definitely don't bother anyone. Why bother me? They appear to be nice ladies. I'm a stranger who was minding my own business when many of your frustrated regular customers' playing near me vocalized their similar problems they had with the workers bad behaviors. These regulars' vented so much that a few of them got tired of complaining and just got up and left. Lol Neg. Nancy had nerve enough to ask me where they went...ctfu...but she's right in front of the door and I am NOT SECURITY! So Yes It's a real problem that needs cleaning up. The regulars' love these ladies!! Could you please consider coaching the ladies on how to productively exchange these negative behaviors to form a positive environment for the customer?

Staff is very pleasant and Cafe is clean. Enjoyable atmosphere
