Basically, it's a good restaurant where pure food is about to earn 5 stars, but there were some things I didn't like. Pro: Very good food relatively fast operation friendly staff prices in order (13.50€ for Wiener Schnitzel (below in the picture, very large and good meat, with very well seasoned frying potatoes and salad (12.50€ for Thuringian clubs with goulash and red cabbage: not so clean toilets lemon slices otherwise are cut stupid, you can not express on Schnitzel very good

We were really there two nights in a row! An innately cozy garden, super delicious food in super servings and a service that leaves nothing to be desired. We simply recommend this restaurant. Were quite mixed age: 36-83 And everyone can find something here!

It is one of these 'small discoveries' that you do not follow the big streets. Directly next to a former residence Schillers and adjacent to a small theatre, this Perle thüringer Gastwirtschaft is located. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, the hygiene rules were adhered to with a lot of charm and the cleanliness of the entire restaurant (including toilets) was absolutely given. Very good regional dishes are served, which are still known from Grandma's lunch table. In short: leaks, plentiful and what for the eye. For our child there was a small selection on the map, here only the potatoes should have been a little less seasoned. All in all, fully recommended and planned for the next visit to Weimar.

As a day finish we were very good food, freshly cooked red cabbage, the roast soft and delicate, the sour roast sauce perfect, only slightly tied and naturally shiny, tastefully perfect. Thanks to the attentive service, price/performance ratio very good, a real recommendation!

Food was good and plentiful, we ate Thuringian Bratwurst with sauerkraut and Kartofellstampf. Service is very attentive, fast and friendly. Visit is recommended.
