Café am Herderplatz - Weimar

Stefan Rose and team at Herderplatz (not to be confused with the second bakery Rose in Weimar! has the best leaf cake I know and the largest selection every day. Absolute recommendation!

We arrived here with coffee sausage and light hunger. We were served by a young, big employee with a certain charm and were not disappointed. The coffee tasted and the poppy cake was the hammer. When we go back to Weimar, we take our coffee break there.

This bakery is for me the best in Weimar. The cakes are very tasty and I find it very good that you can order at the counter and take everything right away. The ice is also very good. The really nice salesman told me that the boss made the ice himself. You really taste that! I can only recommend going there once. Just delicious, nice, and a palate mouse!
