DO NOT ORDER ONLINE AT ANY ZOE’s. Nothing against this specific location, the people working the counter were nice enough, but if you get something incorrect on your order, want to add something, or just cancel your order the store isn’t able to change your order or give you a refund. You have to go online and FILL OUT A FORM to make a change to or get a refund for your mobile order. They couldn’t even give me a phone number to call! It’s by far the most inefficient, anti-customer online ordering system I’ve ever seen.

First time going! I love Mediterranean food and I'm glad there's a healthy option around. I got Mediterranean chicken with salad and falafel. It was very good

Ordered the steak stuck sandwich to-go. I got it home only to realize it didn't have any steak on it. Not a single piece of steak. I called them and they told me there was nothing they could do about it because I paid in cash. All they could do was write my info down for a free sandwich next time I'm there. I don't live in the area, so I won't ever be able to redeem it. Ridiculous.

Ate inside for a quick lunch. Food was out in less than 5, place was clean, everything tasted fresh and hearty. Turkey sandwhich thick cuts of turkey and fresh avocado. The soup ? temperature is too hot!!! Please lower had to wait a while to eat it, way too hot.
