Very nice place, great lunch options at great prices. Service is nice, the soup comes in right away after order, which is nice.

My food was raw, I ate 4 blindly and later on I bit into a chicken ball and the meat was pink. I found other ones that were not cooked properly. Absolutely

Went with our family, a group of 5 for dinner tonight. One of the waiters was extremely rude, a water glass came out dirty and we asked for another one and he questioned why we were returning it when there was a noodle stuck to the inside. The food came, not once did they ask us how it was. When it was time to pay, I paid with my card and then asked for an itemized receipt. I noticed that there wasn’t a tip option while paying. I looked at the receipt and there was a 15% service charge on the bill. I asked about it and the same rude waiter explained their policy of an automatic 15% gratuity added to a table of 5 or more. I asked if they had a sign posted anywhere, he said no, that it was on the front page of the menu. That is downright a scam, I explained how the server should inform the table upon seating of this policy. How it isn’t the customer’s responsibility to read every single page of the menu. We didn’t want it to ruin our night so just left. We will never be back. Be warned, absolute worst customer service we have experienced.

This place has best tasting Hakka food you could find in the GTA…I’m always in the mood for Hakka, but it’s so hard to find good tasting food like theirs, not to mention their customer service is phenomenal! They have other locations but this is the best one by far!

Great place for a lunch hakka in the area. I had their chili chicken and it was delicious. Service was very good and the place is clean. Price was reasonable as well.
