The food is always delicious. Well packaged and always has the full order.

A few years ago I used to eat at Silk Road alone because I fell in love with Asian foods on my travels, but no one I knew were adventurous enough. Even though I was alone, I was treated well and I came to like and respect the manager and waitresses. The food was impressive and they are inventive, so Im sorry I have to say my meal was lackluster on 10/25/23. I was fresh and cooked well. but it simply had no flavor, no seasoning, no nuance. The spring rolls were mushy and also without seasoning. The inside was pure mush. I couldnt distinguish any of the ingredients. So I crisped up the rolls in the air fryer which helped and ate with soy and ginger sauce and basically the same with the Hibachi Filet Mignon dinner. The meat had a good texture and so was the white rice, but even the rice had no flavor, which was odd because I love to eat white sticky rice with a bit of soy. Rice is my favorite side and others would think me weird but I swear that rice had no taste either. I muddled through like a hungry trooper but there was no joy in that expensive meal. It was just filler. Im so Sad about that. Delivery was great and he was very nice and respectful even though my apartment was hard to find. Thank You.

Yum yum sauce very sour and chunky. Chicken lo mein was some kind of minced "chicken". Only gave one star because cant give zero. I have no clue how this is 4.7 rated. Definitely not for the dishes we tried.

Everything was delicious and fresh. Packaged well and hot on arrival

Good food, very generous portions. Will be enough for lunch tomorrow. Service was quick and easy.
