Bidrage med feedbackThis place surprisingly is always clean. There’s a great mix of games and machines get updated. Prizes are decent and lots of self help kiosks to add tickets without waiting in line. Food is decent but bar service is lacking. Ordered drinks that did not taste right.
Huge place. Lots of arcade games like basketball, football, dodge ball, vr, connect four etc. Alot screens to watch the football game on pool tables. They wings, fries, and some very tasty other items. Fun for the whole family. A little pricey but to have you will enjoy
It was a fun evening with colleagues. I joined them later, but when I reached, the lift was busy, I waited close to 5 minutes, then took the stairs, reached the main floor, and was looking for someone to direct me to my friends I found no one. no issues, I found them. they were ordering drinks, we got our drink, played 4 5 rounds of pools, and ordered some snacks, which took ages to come. There's plenty to do besides eat and drink. we were there just for a drink, snacks, and games. it was Monday evening, so not that crowded. decent selection of games, ranging from skeeball to Candy Crush to shooting games The good thing is it's open till late night that's a good option for people like me.
Had an amazing time here. We all gathered to celebrate our nieces birthday. We had a great time, we ended up reserving a table and ordering food and drinks and played tons of games. Our waiter was great the food was yummy and most important everyone had a blast.
The deal on wednesdays are nice but the other days are overprices. Also, there are many games that does not work properly. In addition, the workers are not around and are difficult to find. Update: I went there some weeks ago I had one of the worst moments over there. I was having a great time with my cousins, until I left my phone in the racing game. I literally went back 2 min after and it was not there. (I admit that it was my fault; however the response of the staff was nothing but helpful) My phone is an iphone 13, so it is not like a cheap phone. I was desperate so I went to the front desk and asked the staff what I could do. Gabriela who seems to be the manager of the place told me that she could not ANYTHING. I asked her if she could see cameras (because I though there were some cameras), but it seems there are any that would guarantee ur protection in case a bigger problem would happen. I was there with two minors and they also started to feel frustated and desesperate about the situation because the staff was like ignoring us. Some minutes we found the location in the parking lot, and they told us to go without any other supervission. The moral story of all of this would be that they should at least care of their clients and bring protection. The place was empty so it is not like they were busy. I saw that the other lady wearing a black shirt wanted to do or say something but Gabriel told her to do nothing. They should implement cameras for the safety of the children that go to the place and have some security guardds. What would happend if instead of a phone, it would be a child?
