Pheast - Waverley

There is nothing quite like a local restaurant that does its think well... Pheast is located in Waverly and is a pleasure to visit. The flavours wonderful, servings generous and atmosphere relaxed. We visited on a miserable winters night and it was the perfect hearty meal without being too much! Loved this place... looking forward to going back. (The only criticism was having to ask for water refills... peeps, just leave a bottle!

My partner and I absolutely love this restaurant. The food is straightforward, expertly cooked, and always delicious. We always anticipate our visits here, especially for the chocolate nemesis which is without a doubt the best chocolate dessert I have ever had. I highly recommend this restaurant without any hesitation.

We came here for my birthday last month and I am not afraid to say that this place became my new favourite restaurant in Sydney. Cosy and green, the atmosphere makes you think of a fresh and modern cuisine. Menu is short and mouthwatering which implies the cuisine is fresh, seasonal, and original. You will get indeed all of these (made me think of the Three Blue Ducks for all of that) but not only: the special Pheast touch is subtlety I mean complex, smart, tasty and delicate at the same time. Here a strawberry vinegar is used and there an azelnut oil... I was surprised at every meal. This is without saying that everything was delicious! Thanks again to the chef! Service was nice and considerate too. I loved my evening. I am so glad this place is in Bronte, I'll be able to come back soon!

This restaurant offers top-notch global cuisine. I absolutely adore it.

This local BYO restaurant is quite good, though nothing stood out as exceptional. It's a great option for a quality dinner in Bronte without having to travel far.
