Chinese Pagoda - Wauwatosa

Please tell me you 're going to re open somewhere else! Pagoda is my favorite restaurant of ALL TIME. I 've never had a bad dish from this place. You are the only ones who can make sesame chicken properly. When I celebrate a birthday or other important event, Pagoda is my restaurant of choice, without exception. I know the last few years have been carry out only and things have probably been rough but the dining atmosphere, as I remember it, was always comfortable. Nothing about the interior of the restaurant ever changed. I loved that. The vintage decor was a bonus for me. Even without that, the quality of the food was enough to keep me coming back! My family has been ordering from Pagoda for decades before I was even born!! Please, please, please don 't close for good!

Went there for dine in there is no dine in there it's only take out

I love their shrimp eggrolls. That's all I order. I feel like they fell a way that I don't order more, based on their energy and tone when I place my order ???‍??‍

We placed an order online. The food was delivered in a timely fashion but when we took the first couple bites it tasted terrible. It was so bad we called to ask for a refund. They were willing to give a refund but since our order was placed through eatstreets they could not help us. We contacted eatstreets and I hope they will make things right because the food was pretty expensive. The food was so bad we had to make alternate dinner plans. If this is the only Chinese place open near you, I would suggest ordering pizza ... from somewhere else!Update: eatstreet did refund our money!

Got takeout so can’t speak to atmosphere. The food was TERRIBLE. Really disappointing. We ordered three of the Cantonese dishes and they were flavorless. Basically meat and veggies in gelatinous sauce without flavor. Would not go here again. Big let down.
