Carmona's Bbq Deli - Watsonville

We went again. It was back to usual. Very good. Service was and is always top notch. Happy to change my review

1pm lunch on a Wednesday. Place was not busy. I was nice to the gal behind the counter and she was nice to me. I got a bbq tri tip sandwich, fries, and a coke. $23. Not cheap, but it was delicious and huge. Sandwich and fries were made fresh; took less than 5 minutes to get my food. I ate about half and saved the rest.

First time here, found it on yelp. Craving BBQ This place is tucked away in a shopping center. I was a bit disappointed there was no meat smoker anywhere to be found, or the smell of smoking meats. Once I entered, I went straight to the bar seating and grabbed a menu. Within a few minutes a server approached me. I was beginning to order and was informed all orders had to be taken and paid for at the register. I went and got in line and placed my burger order, added onion rings and a Modelo Especial on tap. The onion rings were amazing... they make their own bbq sauces, the ranch tasted like it came from a jar . The burger was good, but I was hoping for a more smoky bbq flavor. I would definitely eat there again and try something else. The place was constantly busy, but not packed. The service was friendly and ok.

Everything was so fantastic. The waitresses are very, very kind and cook is awesome. I would highly recommend stopping by and talk to The waitresses
