Toby Carvery Aldenham - Watford

The beef was extremely tough, and inedible, we all tried to chew it , and our teeth are our own!! Plenty of veg eaten instead. Disappointed as never have beef at home, and was looking forward to it.

Food was lovely good value for money. Customer service was excellent.

I had asked for a specific server, and saw her, but was not seated with her. Our server made no conversation, eye contact, check back or any attempt to ensure we enjoyed our visit. 100%different to our previous visit last month. Not at all impressed.

Toby's always okay, but our waitress was so nice that it was a great lunch. She went out of her way to be helpful and very attentive without floating
